VillaliA elabora un AOVE de categoría superior, obtenido exclusivamente de aceitunas sanas de la variedad Manzanilla Cacereña, recolectadas en su envero (noviembre) y autóctonas del Geoparque Mundial UNESCO Villuercas-Ibores-Jara. Con un alto contenido en ácido oleico (78%) y antioxidantes naturales, nuestro aceite cuenta con la marca «Alimentos de Extremadura» y pertenece al club de productos Ruta del Aceite.

VillaliA produces a superior category Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), crafted exclusively from healthy olives of the Manzanilla Cacereña variety. Harvested at their ripest stage in November and native to the UNESCO Global Geopark Villuercas-Ibores-Jara, our oil is rich in oleic acid (78%) and natural antioxidants. Our mill holds the «Alimentos de Extremadura» quality label and is a member of the Olive Oil Route.
